About

A studio of twelve.
Built to stay small.

We started Cilantrobyte in 2018 because we missed working on things end-to-end with people we trusted. Eight years later, that's still the brief.

(01) Story

Adam and Hana met at a startup that was scaling faster than anyone could keep up with. The product was good but the process was fraying. They left in 2018 to build the studio they wished they could have hired.

Eight years and forty-seven shipped products later, the answer hasn't changed: keep the team small, keep the work senior, keep the cadence honest. We've turned down big retainers more than once because the fit wasn't there. We'd rather do fewer things well than many things adequately.

Today we're twelve people across Lahore, Brisbane, and a handful of remote cities. We work with founders, growth-stage product teams, and the occasional Fortune 500 willing to be pushed. If that sounds like you, we'd love to talk.

(02) Principles

What we
believe.

01

Small teams, senior craft.

No juniors hidden behind a slide deck. Whoever sells the work, builds the work.

02

Argue, then commit.

We push back. Once we’ve agreed, we go all in.

03

Write things down.

Decisions, trade-offs, post-mortems. Documentation isn’t overhead — it’s how trust scales.

04

Ship to learn.

Real users in two weeks beats a perfect roadmap in three months.
