(01) Our take

Figma is the only design tool we use for product work. It's where we build design systems, prototype interactions, and hand off to engineering. Variables, modes, and the recent devmode improvements mean design-to-code has never been smoother.

We structure our Figma files with the same rigor we bring to code. Component libraries with strict token dependencies. Named variants, not copy-pasted styles. Nothing loose, nothing sketchy. If you inherit a Figma file from us, it reads like a codebase.
