(01) Our take

Linear is how we plan every engagement. The speed, the keyboard-centric UX, the cycles model, and the tight integration with GitHub make it the default choice for any team that's graduated from post-it notes but hasn't fallen into Jira.

We use Linear internally and we recommend it to clients. It's the rare piece of tooling where the adoption curve is "you'll be faster in a week than you were in your previous tool in a year." We structure our client-facing Linear setups to feel native, not bureaucratic.

(02) What we build with it

Typical work

  • Sprint planning and cycle management
  • Cross-team roadmapping
  • Issue tracking with automatic GitHub sync
  • Async standups via Linear's update threads

(03) How we engage

Engagement shape

Not a delivered technology — it's the tool we run engagements inside of. We help clients adopt it as part of onboarding.
