Process

Slow at the start.
Fast for years.

Most engagements fail because the first three weeks are rushed. Ours are deliberately not.
01

Week 1–2

Discover

Earn the right to recommend.

We embed with your team for two weeks. We talk to your users, audit your code, read your strategy docs, and ask the questions you've been avoiding. We come out of it with a written point of view — not a sales pitch.

What you get

Stakeholder & user interviews
Technical audit
Opportunity map
Written recommendation
02

Week 2–4

Define

Make the abstract tangible.

Strategy gets boring fast in a Google Doc. So we move into Figma and code in week three. By the end of phase two you'll have a working prototype, a roadmap, and a price you can take to your board.

What you get

Interactive prototype
Phased roadmap
Tech architecture
Fixed quote
03

Week 4–14 (typical)

Build

Ship every two weeks. No black boxes.

Two-week sprints with a Friday demo. Real users in the loop from sprint two. You get access to our repo, our Figma, our Linear, and a shared Slack channel. Nothing is staged for the demo — you see what we see, when we see it.

What you get

Production code
Weekly demos
Shared planning rituals
Live observability
04

Ongoing or handoff

Evolve

Disappear well.

We don't trap you in a maintenance contract. At launch you choose: stay on as a continuous partner, hire your own team and we'll help you onboard them, or just take the keys. We've done all three.

What you get

Continuous retainer
Hiring & handoff support
Documentation & training
On-call coverage
