(01) Our take

WhatsApp Business deserves its own entry because the engineering surface is real. We integrate the WhatsApp Business Cloud API for triggered notifications, multi-turn chatbots, commerce flows with product catalogues, and customer-support automation. This is infrastructure work, not a marketing add-on.

The platform is especially valuable in markets where WhatsApp is the dominant communication channel — South Asia, Latin America, parts of Europe and Africa — and we've shipped production flows for clients across several of those regions. Session windows, template approvals, and the opt-in economy of WhatsApp messaging all shape how we design these integrations.
